Return and Cancellation Policy:

  1. Do not Accept any product which seems to be tampered by the courier services.
    2. Please make a video while opening the Packaging as a supporting proof.
    3. Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.
    4. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.

WE DO NOT TAKE ANY LIABILITY REGARDING THE TASTE / MIXABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. If there is any concern, you need to raise it to Brand and there is no return/replacement for the same.

We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.

Since ingredients of BCAA’s, Pre-workout and certain other dietary supplements are hygroscopic in nature, they’ll tend to form lumps. However, the supplement is completely safe to consume. We would recommend shaking the product vigorously to break down the clumps which would help them to dissolve in the water. If you have any additional questions or concerns please email to respective brands.

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at musclesrefuel.com – you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. 2 way shipping charges (both side traveling) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Q: What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

A: If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, MRP HologramBatch Number and images of products received with invoice copy to our customer care at info@musclesrefuel.com (10:30 am to 6:30 pm business days).

Once you raise the concern we will investigate for same you will get revert in 24-48 hrs. If we need we might raise the concern to brand or importer and in those situations, we need to wait for the revert from the same.

Once the investigation is over if we arrange a reverse pickup then below will be the process

  1. Our courier partner will take 1-2 working days to pick up the product/item from you,
  2. As reverse pick up is done by standard delivery it takes minimum 5-7 working days to get back to our warehouse.
  3. Once the product is received back to us quality team check it and give update related to the product condition, as we need the product in the same condition as delivered to you.
  4. On receiving a positive response we will get back to you and as per your request we will replace or refund you for the order (replacement are subject to availability of the particular product).
  5. In case we receive a negative response the product would be sent back to you in the same condition.

Note – As per our Return Policy you need to raise concern within 7 days along with proper product images and unboxing videos.

  1. What should I do when I receive courier damaged product/item?
  2. We recommend you not to accept the product/item from the courier boy and kindly take images (or videos) of the same and share with us at info@musclesrefuel.com(10:30 am to 6:30 pm business days)It will help us to raise the concern with the respective courier partner.

Please Note: If in case of this uncertainty, we will create a new order (same product) and will dispatch it.

Q: Is there a category specific policy for returns?

A: Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product

Fitness Equipment: There is no return policy for any product unless it is damaged in transit.

The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Damages due to misuse of the product
    2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
    3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
    4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Delivery Policy Overview

We at Musclesrefuel.com ensure safe and fast delivery of the products through reputed courier partners and Indian postal services. When you place an order, we automatically select the carrier that offers the greatest savings and fastest delivery. We’ve partnered with multiple regional and national carriers, so depending on your location, tracking information can vary.

  • Most domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse locations within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location, the carrier, and the selected delivery option. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.
  • Once your order ships and a tracking number has been assigned to your package, we’ll send you an email with all the details. Included in the email is the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number. You can any time visit our website to track your order Note: It can take up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If the tracking information is not available, please wait 48 business hours from the time the order was shipped.
  • Shipping rates vary depending on the method selected, the weight of the order and geography. But we ship all your orders above Rs.2000/- for Free all over India. We bear all the Octroi/sales tax and there is no additional shipping charge that you have to pay at the time of the delivery.
  • If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, please contact our Customer Service department at support@musclesrefuel.com
  • Delivery charges will be as per actuals and the same will be displayed during the time of purchase.
  • We accept payments via various payment modes like Net banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Wallets, UPI & Cash on Delivery. 
  • We ship from Monday through Saturday excluding public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for any shipment not arriving within any guaranteed time due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • If you feel that the packing has tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number.
  • All products will be shipped with the original invoice mentioning the price inclusive of taxes.

RETURN & CANCELLATION

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation post dispatch or non acceptance will levy a charge of 10% of total order value.
  • If a product you receive is damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered then please get in touch with our customer care on support@musclesrefuel.com within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then send you a replacement or add Cashback points as per your request. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs as per the invoice in the form of store credit.
  • Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be eligible for any return or refund. 
  • All return request are subject to unboxing video only, any request without unboxing video will not be entertained. 
  • If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 14 days ago, or if the item was purchased using in-store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
  • Any item that caused an adverse reaction (e.g., vomiting, rashes, stomach upset or severe headaches) and for issues with taste, flavor, likes/dislikes or lack of results from a product are not eligible for any return or refund. (Please consult your doctor before buying the product)
  • Clumping of moisture attracting products like aminos, pre-workouts, bcaas, creatine etc is a natural process and is not eligible for any return, refund or exchange.
  • Items in clearance sale or marked as un-returnable at the time of placing an order would not be eligible for any return or refund.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered will not be eligible for any return or refund.
